Lucy Connew | Founder and Owner
Lucy’s legal career began in the late 1980s when she worked for a top New Zealand firm, DLA Piper. Her passion and drive allowed her to progress through various roles, satisfying her inquisitive nature.
This journey led her into legal software, which prompted a move to Sydney, Australia, to work with Aderant. This transition expanded her expertise in legal practice management solutions and client management.
After returning to New Zealand and with the introduction of Elite 3E, Lucy played an integral role in helping multiple firms improve processes and implement the Elite 3E product. Over the past 15 years of working independently with firms, she has found satisfaction in assisting them through complex challenges. Her deep knowledge of the legal industry and client relations has been crucial to the success of all her projects.
